S answered 3 years ago. I have a 2008 Chevy Malibu LTZ. Same thing happening with mine - ESC off light and Power Steering come on on dashboard. Steering wheel very hard to turn. I checked my VIN# because I've been reading about a lot of recalls. The car is over 10 years old but I am well under the 150,000 mile mark.
